Seasonal flu vaccine:

• I am currently out of stock of seasonal flu vaccine. I will provide a written prescription for those who need vaccination at the nearby pharmacies.
• VFC (Vaccines for Children) has provided us ample doses for children who are not insured, on AHCCCS, or whose insurance does not pay for flu vaccines. Please contact us if your child falls within that category.

H1N1 flu vaccine

• Now, the H1N1 vaccine is in plentiful supply. I have many many doses on hand and can give anyone who wants the vaccine. The vaccine itself is free, and a nominal vaccination adminstration fee is charged normally. If you cannot pay, please speak to the office manager.
